- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as DPD and other trusted partners, depending on the shipment destination.
3. Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Europe: 3–7 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7–14 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is not free.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/size of the package.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to pick up from a delivery center, we will issue a refund for the product minus shipping costs. Reshipping will require additional payment.
