At smartIQ innovation technology GmbH, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products damaged due to improper use.
- Items returned without their original packaging or missing components.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at welove@smartiq.world.
Warranty
All our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. For more details about warranty claims, please refer to the warranty section of our Terms and Conditions.
